Job Title: Solar PV Installer (Permanent & Subcontracting positions available)
Locations: South Wales
Permanent Roles: £40,000 – £70,000+ per year – Van, Fuel Card, Annual Leave + Company Benefits
Sub-contracted Roles: £1,000 – £2,500 per week, paid every Friday
The Role:
We are looking for experienced Solar PV Installers to join our growing team, delivering high-quality installations across domestic properties.
This role is focused on the installation of full Solar PV systems, including panel mounting, wiring, and system commissioning. You will be working on projects for energy suppliers, social housing providers, and private residential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of Solar PV systems from start to finish
- Mounting of panels on pitched and flat roofs
- Installation of inverters, isolators, and associated electrical components
- Running and connecting DC and AC cabling
- System testing, commissioning, and handover
- Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry regulations and safety standards
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience installing Solar PV systems
- Strong background in electrical installations
- Proven experience delivering full installations
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
- Testing & Inspection qualification
- NICEIC or NAPIT accreditation
- BPEC Renewable qualification
- CSCS / ECS Gold Card
- Experience working at height and on rooftops
