The Role:
We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Level 3 Business Administration Apprentice. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. You will support key business functions and develop valuable skills in administration, payroll, communication, and people operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support across various teams/departments
- Liaising with directors and other key stakeholders
- Managing correspondence via email, phone and business applications
- Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
- Supporting data entry, filing, and document management
- Assisting with payroll administration (e.g. timesheets, staff hours, basic calculations)
- Liaising with HR regarding new starters, staff records, and general enquiries
- Assisting with finance, customer service, and compliance tasks
- Contributing to process improvement and project work
What We’re Looking For:
- A keen interest in business administration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- A proactive and positive approach to learning
- Good IT skills (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook)
- GCSEs in English and Maths at grade 4/C or above (or equivalent)
- Excellent telephone etiquette

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:30

Pay: £8.05 per hour
