Duties
- Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on products and services

- Maintain organized displays and ensure the sales floor is clean, inviting, and well-stocked
- Manage customer inquiries via in-person interactions or digital channels with clear communication
- Support B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts by building relationships with corporate clients
- Utilize IT tools and POS (point-of-sale) systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
Requirements
- Proven communication skills with the ability to connect confidently with diverse customers
- Strong organizational skills and excellent time management to handle multiple tasks seamlessly
- Basic IT literacy, including familiarity with POS systems and digital tools for sales tracking
- Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Valid driving license is preferred for supporting delivery or off-site client visits
- Experience in customer service or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
