We are looking for a professional and proactive
Leading Officer to join our security team. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and secure environment, supervising security operations, responding to incidents, and delivering excellent customer service to staff, visitors, and contractors.

About the Role:

Supervise the day-to-day operation of the security control room and security team resources.

Monitor and operate CCTV, access control, and reception security systems.

Conduct regular security patrols and inspections across the site.
-
Control site access and prevent unauthorised entry to the premises.

Respond promptly and effectively to security incidents, alarms, and emergencies.

Investigate and report security breaches, suspicious activity, and site defects.

Maintain accurate records and communicate incidents to management and emergency services when required.

Deliver a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times.

What we are looking for:
-
Valid SIA Licence (Security Guarding, Door Supervision or equivalent as required for the role).

Valid CCTV Licence.
-
Previous experience within a security operation or control room environment.

Experience operating CCTV and access control systems.
-
Strong communication skills with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and visitors.

Ability to remain calm, alert, and make effective decisions during incidents and emergencies.

Good observational skills with the ability to identify and report risks and security concerns.
