Preschool Room Supervisor
- We are looking for an experienced, confident, Level 3 qualified member to join our nursery working with children aged 3-5 years old.
- Previous experience running a room and working with children preschool ages is crucial.
This is a full time (40 Hour) position.
-Full time ranging from 8am-5am to 9am-6pm on a shift basis.
-You will be running the Preschool Room, leading a small team to care for children aged 3-5 years old.
Your job responsibilities will include planning for the day, delegating to staff within the room, carrying out activities and planning for the children's development.
Experience in leading a team, understanding of the EYFS, good communication skills and organisation is crucial.
- We are looking for a candidate with nursery experience and a passion for working with children ages 3 - 5 years.

In August 2022 the nursery was bought by Phillippa and Becky and it is now called The House that Jack built nursery Hemel Hempstead.
Since the change of ownership the whole nursery has been decorated and all the resources are new.
At the nursery we are a strong believer that everyone should enjoy going to work. We all work hard but have fun while we're here. We plan and do lots of fun, engaging and stimulating activities with the children.
We upload all of our activities, observations and the children's daily routines onto the Family app which is quick and effective.
We have 4 play rooms and we are looking for new team members in a few of our rooms due to our growing numbers which is exciting.

The person we are looking for has a genuine passion for Early Years childcare, and has full and relevant Level 3.
We do lots of fun and stimulating activities at nursery.
We offer lots of training and development opportunities.
You would work alongside the team ensuring that all of the children's care and safeguarding needs are met, the nursery policies and procedures are implemented.
