Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food efficiently and courteously to customers at the bar and tables
- Prepare and replenish bar stock, ensuring cleanliness and organisation throughout shifts
- Take orders accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments responsibly
- Engage with customers to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Assist in setting up the bar area before opening and closing procedures at the end of shifts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during peak hours
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective time management to ensure prompt service during busy periods
- Ability to work well within a team and adapt quickly to changing demands
- A personable attitude with a genuine interest in providing outstanding customer service
