The Role
This is a hands-on role focused on high-quality practice and strong relationships.
You will:
- Deliver engaging learning in line with the EYFS
- Create fun, age-appropriate activities that inspire curiosity
- Build strong relationships as a key person
- Observe, assess and plan next steps for children’s development
- Support daily routines including meals, hygiene and rest
- Work as part of a supportive, professional team
- Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety
What we are looking for
- Level 3 (or above) Early Years qualification
- Experience in an early years setting
- A warm, enthusiastic and proactive approach
- A team player who is keen to learn and grow
