We’re on the lookout for a friendly, experienced Part Time Front of House to join the team at The Broughton Bar on Broughton Street in Edinburgh. We are Edinburgh's first pub to feature in the Michelin Guide and have proudly done so since 2021. We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our food and beverage offerings and the service we provide to all of our guests.
This is a 10-20-hour-per-week role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and is passionate about excellent service.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the broader front of house team in delivering great customer experience
- Interact with guests and anticipate their needs
- Ensure consistent service standards and a warm, welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous front-of-house experience
- Positive, proactive attitude and a genuine love of hospitality
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable taking the lead when needed
Minimum 10 hours per week with mixed shift pattern.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
