Derby College Group (DCG) are recruiting for a Teacher of Steps to join our amazing STEPS team. This role is based at our incredible Roundhouse Campus.

About you
You will have experience of teaching Functional Skills Maths and English, with the ability to deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that motivate and challenge students of all abilities. With excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, you'll build positive relationships with learners and colleagues, manage your workload effectively, and be confident using Microsoft Office and other digital systems to support teaching and learning. You will hold, or be willing to work towards, a recognised teaching qualification alongside a relevant Level 4 subject qualification, with Level 2 Maths and English. If you also have experience of teaching GCSE (9–1), knowledge of further education qualifications and curriculum design, and a commitment to your own professional development, you'll be well placed to thrive in this role.
