Known for our vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and trendy signature menu , we are looking for an enthusiastic, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead this exciting new launch from day one.
We are looking for a highly visible, floor-focused manager who loves interacting with customers, coaching a team, and driving a brand-new business to success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Launch: Manage the daily operations of our brand-new Hendon store, ensuring a seamless, high-energy opening and consistent daily run.
- Hands-on Floor Presence: Lead by example during busy rushes—supporting your team on the floor, managing the till, and keeping customer service standards world-class.
- Team Development: Recruit, onboard, rota, and inspire a brand-new front-of-house team.
- Food & Drink Quality: Maintain exceptional standards of presentation, taste, and food safety hygiene (HACCP).
- Business Operations: Manage stock levels, control labor costs, minimize wastage, and hit daily sales targets.
- Community Building: Build a loyal local customer base in Hendon through warm hospitality and excellent service recovery.
Requirements (What We’re Looking For):
- Local Candidate: You must live locally in or very near Hendon to easily manage the store’s schedule and peak hours.
- Managerial Experience: 2+ years of proven experience as a Cafe Manager, Restaurant Manager, or Assistant Manager in a high-volume, fast-paced hospitality setting.
- Strong Food & Beverage Knowledge: You must possess a deep understanding of food safety, inventory control, and high-quality drink/food presentation.
- Dynamic & Positive Attitude: High energy is a must! You should be someone who motivates a team just by walking into the room.
- Hands-on Mentality: A willingness to roll up your sleeves and work side-by-side with your team on the floor.
Pay: £31,000.00 per year
