Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Run and lead set shifts to the highest standard.
- Prepare and serve cocktails to exact specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking orders and answering queries.
- Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies and restocking as necessary.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality, creating a positive experience for all guests.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cocktail bar setting is essential.
- Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and hospitality.
