We are currently recruiting for a strong and passionate management team to join The Star Inn, a busy 17-bedroom hotel with restaurant and bar located in the heart of Upton upon Severn.
This is an exciting opportunity for experienced hospitality professionals looking to be part of a growing business with a hands-on, supportive environment.
We are hiring for the following roles:
- General Manager
- Assistant Manager(s)
- Team Leaders
Key Responsibilities
Depending on role, responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing day-to-day hotel, restaurant, and bar operations
- Leading, motivating, and developing the team
- Delivering excellent customer service and guest experience
- Managing rotas, stock control, and operational standards
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, health & safety, and company policies
- Driving sales and maintaining high service standards
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
- Have previous experience in hospitality management or supervisory roles
- Are confident leaders with a hands-on approach
- Have a passion for customer service and team development
- Can work in a fast-paced environment and stay organised
- Hold a Personal Licence (preferred or willingness to obtain)
