At Blue Sky Decking Ltd, we specialise in the supply and installation of high-quality uPVC decking across holiday parks and caravan parks throughout the UK. We're a hardworking, professional team with a reputation for excellent craftsmanship and reliable service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a skilled Deck Fitter to join us on a permanent basis.
The Role
You'll be working as part of a two-person team, travelling to holiday parks and caravan parks across the UK to install uPVC decking to a high standard. Most of your work will be based within a reasonable distance of our West Bromwich headquarters, with some occasional nationwide projects where full expenses are covered.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Installing uPVC decking systems to manufacturer and company standards
- Reading and interpreting plans and site specifications
- Working efficiently as part of a two-person team to meet project deadlines
- Maintaining a clean, safe working environment on site
- Representing Blue Sky Decking Ltd professionally with clients
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2–3 years' carpentry or joinery experience — this is essential
- Experience with decking installation is an advantage but full product training will be provided
- Ability to work confidently as part of a team
- A valid UK driving licence
- Flexibility to occasionally travel and stay away from home when required
- Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship

- Salary of £38,000 – £41,600 per annum (PAYE)
