Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead Negotiations: Manage property negotiations with buyers and vendors to secure favorable terms and close sales effectively.
Win Business: Actively win new instructions, value properties, and list them for the market to grow the local portfolio.
Client Care: Develop and maintain long-term relationships through proactive communication, regular updates, and tailored customer service.
Sales Progression: Manage transactions efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring smooth progression and collaborating on contracts.
Market Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to hit personal targets, while researching local property trends to stay ahead of the competition.
Administration & CRM: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, viewings, and sales activities using company CRM and organisational tools.
Requirements & Skills
Industry Experience: Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator, with a strong track record of winning business and closing deals.
Influence & Rapport: Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and influence decisions through persuasive, professional conversation.
Organisation: Strong organisational and time-management skills to juggle multiple active negotiations while staying detail-oriented.
Tech-Savvy: Administrative experience with property CRM software and document management systems.
Team Player: Capable of working independently to smash personal targets, while collaborating seamlessly within a lively team environment.
Driving Licence: A valid UK driving licence is required for property visits and viewings.
