Cash Generator are looking for a Trainee Manager to join our Birmingham team. We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual with a passion for retail and a drive to succeed.
Once you have successfully completed The Trainee Manager’s programme, you will be given the opportunity to run a store. Your responsibilities will involve the day-to-day operations within the store and account for driving sales and providing excellent customer service. You will be required to manage and lead a team, as well as providing guidance and support to all staff.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of the daily operations of the store, including but not limited to cash handling,
merchandising, stock replenishment and customer service
- Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed
- Monitor and maintain store appearance, ensuring that it is clean and well - organised
- Monitor stock levels and order new stock as and when required
- Drive sales and ensure targets are met
- Provide feedback and ideas to the Store Manager on ways to improve the store
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the retail environment
- Positive attitude and a desire to succeed
- Ability to work well within a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work towards targets and KPIs
- Ability to demonstrate leadership qualities
