At Elite Precast Concrete, we're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Quality Assurance Apprentice to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn every aspect of quality assurance within a leading UK precast concrete manufacturer while gaining recognised industry qualifications.
You'll receive hands-on training from experienced professionals, developing the skills and knowledge needed to build a long-term career in quality management within manufacturing.
As part of your apprenticeship, you'll also study the Mineral Products Qualification through the University of Derby, giving you a nationally recognised qualification alongside invaluable workplace experience.
Duties
You'll learn every stage of our quality process, including:
- Testing concrete cubes and finished products
- Carrying out quality inspections across our manufacturing process
- Learning industry standards and compliance requirements
- Recording and analysing quality data
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with production, technical and management teams
- Understanding health, safety and environmental best practice
- Developing knowledge of concrete technology and manufacturing processes
No previous experience is required – we'll teach you everything you need to know.

- A confident communicator
- Keen to build a long-term career within manufacturing and quality assurance
