Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant – Full Time
Ana Wiz is looking for a reliable and organised Ecommerce Fulfilment Assistant to join our friendly small team within a busy ecommerce business.
We work with a varied range of brands and products across maternity, pet, cosmetics, health and neurodiversity support, so the role offers plenty of variety.
A key part of the role is picking, packing and preparing both individual customer orders and larger trade / wholesale orders for dispatch. Products range from very small items through to larger boxed goods, so accuracy, organisation and care are important.
As you become familiar with the business, there may also be opportunities to support other aspects of our ecommerce operations, depending on your skills and interests.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and pack individual customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Pick, pack and prepare trade and wholesale orders, including bulk shipments
- Learn to process orders using our systems
- Check products and orders for accuracy
- Help keep stock and fulfilment areas organised and running smoothly
- Assist with incoming deliveries when required
- Provide cover and support in other areas when needed, including helping prepare Amazon Vendor and Amazon FBA shipments
- Support the wider team with ecommerce and operational tasks during busy periods
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Accurate and attentive to detail
- Comfortable with practical, hands-on work
- Happy working independently and as part of a small team
- Keen to learn and understand how a busy ecommerce business operates
- Flexible and willing to get involved in different tasks when needed
- Interested in developing broader ecommerce or operational skills over time
Previous warehouse, fulfilment or ecommerce experience is helpful but not essential. We are more interested in finding someone dependable, capable, adaptable and willing to learn.
Hours
Monday–Thursday: 9:00am–5:30pm
Friday: 9:00am–5:00pm
This is a full-time, on-site role with potential for progression as you gain experience across our fulfilment and wider ecommerce operations.
Our premises are located alongside the canal.
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
