Position: MOT Tester
Salary: Up to £36,000 per annum DOE + Overtime
Hours: 40 /week 08:30-17:00 MON-FRI *NO WEEKENDS!

We are currently looking for an MOT Tester to join our busy aftersales team at our dealership in Botley, where you’ll be working alongside a very strong existing team of dedicated and knowledgeable staff in a modern and fully equipped workshop.

As our MOT Tester, you'll be:
- Carrying out Class 4 MOT tests in line with DVSA standards.
- Identifying, recording and explaining MOT failures and advisory items.
- Preparing vehicles for MOT testing and completing MOT retests.
- Completing MOT documentation and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Carrying out Vehicle Health Checks (eVHCs) and supporting vehicle inspections.
- Supporting the workshop with routine servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs during quieter periods.
Ideally, you are:
- A proven MOT Tester with at least 2 years exposure working within a similar Mechanic, Service Technician, Vehicle Technician or Master Technician role.
- Level 3 Qualified (NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent).
- A Class 4 MOT Tester with a valid licence.
