We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team, responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various commercial premises. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a keen eye for detail and previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning environments. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, windows, and fixtures, in accordance with company standards.
- utilise specialised cleaning equipment and products to ensure optimal results.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, and communal areas, ensuring they meet health and safety regulations.
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet roll as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or hazards identified during cleaning activities to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
- Adhere to scheduled cleaning routines and complete tasks within allocated timeframes.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery and use cleaning chemicals safely and effectively.
- Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
