Fun, active summer role — perfect for someone energetic who enjoys working with children and families
Job description:
We’re looking for energetic and reliable Inflatable Park Attendants to join our team at Inflato for our busy summer holidays — Stoke-on-Trent’s original giant inflatable park.
This is a fun, active role where you’ll be responsible for supervising our inflatable arena, keeping children safe, and helping families have the best experience possible.
You’ll be on your feet, interacting with guests, making sure safety rules are followed and bringing a positive attitude to every session.
No previous experience is required — full training will be provided. We’re looking for people who are confident, friendly and good with children.
This is a seasonal summer role, however there may be opportunities for strong performers to continue as permanent team members after the holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising children on the inflatable arena
- Making sure safety rules are followed
- Speaking confidently with children and parents
- Creating a fun, welcoming experience for families
- Helping manage sessions during busy periods
- Supporting children’s birthday parties when required
- Supporting character mascot appearances (wearing the costume when required)
- Interacting with families and helping with photos
- Keeping the arena and customer areas clean and organised

- Comfortable wearing a mascot costume and interacting with families
- Able to commit to working throughout the summer holidays
What we’re offering:
- Summer holiday shifts (minimum 8 hours per week expected during peak summer period)
- Shifts will be four hours long: 11am-3pm
- Zero-hour contract with hours varying depending on business needs
- Training and induction shifts before the summer holidays begin
- Starting at minimum wage, with performance-based pay increases for strong team members
- Full training and support
- Opportunity to learn other areas of the business
Availability:
- School holiday availability is essential
- Weekend availability is essential
