Overview
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated individual to join our well-established installation team. If you take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and enjoy working outdoors as part of a professional team, we’d love to hear from you.
While full training will be provided on our systems and processes, we’re looking for someone who can bring existing trade skills, hit the ground running, and help us continue to deliver our award-winning garden rooms.
The salary whilst on probation is circa £30k increasing to £33k on successful and satisfactory completion of probation.
The Role
Working as part of our installation crew, you’ll be involved in three key stages of every project:
- Constructing timber frame bases, similar to decking foundations.
- Installing our precision-manufactured garden rooms, including safely handling and fitting panels on site in line with established installation procedures.
- Completing the finishing work, including skirting, architraves, painting and final detailing to an exceptional standard.
Our installations are process-driven, ensuring every project is completed to the highest quality while maintaining commercial efficiency.
Skills and Experience
We’re looking for candidates with experience in at least three of the following areas:
- Landscaping, setting out and understanding levels.
- Decking and fencing.
- First fix carpentry.
- Second fix carpentry.
- Roofing.
- General construction or site trades.
- Installation of garden buildings or similar structures.
- Door and window installation.
- Painting and finishing.
- Team leadership within a trade environment.

With overtime and bonus opportunities, successful applicants can expect to earn £40k plus once training and standards are fully met and the employee has some experience under their belt.
