KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall. We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor.
The Employee Relations Advisor will provide professional, timely and pragmatic HR support to managers and employees across the project, ensuring the effective delivery of operational HR services throughout the employee lifecycle. The role will support employee relations, attendance management, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR compliance and organisational change activities.
Working closely with the HRBP, the Employee Relations Advisor will help develop management capability, ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures, and promote a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with employment legislation and company standards.
Due to the site being a high-security military naval base, additional security checks will be required – a BPSS level of security clearance is necessary. These checks can take up to 8 weeks to process. Only candidates holding EU, NATO, 5 Eyes, or MISWG member passports and who have been UK residents for the last 5 years can be considered for this role.
