Warehouse Operative
Join Our Warehouse Team
We are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our busy Warehouse Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality, and safety.
In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring materials are available for production, stock levels are accurately maintained, and goods are received and stored efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and prepare materials to meet production requirements.
- Carry out cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain stock accuracy.
- Receive, locate, and store incoming stock.
- Operate forklift trucks and other lifting equipment (full training provided).
- Use warehouse systems and PCs for stock control, inventory transfers, and record keeping.
- Maintain high levels of accuracy when processing materials and inventory.
- Follow established quality standards, procedures, and process specifications.
- Adhere to all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) requirements and company policies.
- Work flexibly across warehouse activities and provide support in other departments when required.
- Undertake additional duties as requested by management, provided appropriate training and support are given.
About You
Essential:
- Ability to follow specifications and work instructions accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Good level of manual dexterity.
- Experience working effectively as part of a team.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Desirable:
- Previous warehouse or stores experience.
- Knowledge of inventory control and stock management processes.
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or previous FLT experience.

We are looking for individuals on a rotating shift (12% Shift allowance applicable);
- AM -Monday to Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm and Friday: 6:00am – 11.30am.
- PM - Monday to Thursday: 2:00pm – 10:00pm and Friday: 11:30am – 5:00pm.
