Aquarius is a family-run manufacturing business specialising in premium spare wheel covers and accessories for Land Rover Defenders, INEOS Grenadiers and other 4x4 vehicles.
We've built a great reputation for quality products and excellent customer service, and now we're ready to take the next step. We're looking for someone who wants to help us grow.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, spotting opportunities and making things happen.
You'll work directly with the directors to increase sales, develop new business and help move Aquarius forward, while working closely with our small production team to make sure we continue delivering the quality we're known for.
No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.
What you'll be doing
- Finding new customers and developing existing accounts
- Building relationships with trade customers, retailers and distributors
- Looking for new markets and sales opportunities
- Helping increase online and offline sales
- Attending trade shows once per year
- Working alongside the production team to make sure customer expectations are met
- Bringing ideas for new products and improvements
- Working with the directors to help shape the future of the business
- Supporting marketing activity and promoting the Aquarius brand
We're looking for someone who...
- Enjoys meeting people and building long-term relationships.
- Has experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
- Is confident, motivated and happy working on their own initiative.
- Can spot opportunities and turn them into sales.
- Wants to be part of a small business where their ideas genuinely matter.
- Doesn't mind rolling their sleeves up and getting involved wherever needed.
- Has excellent communication and organisation skills.
- Has a full UK driving licence and is happy travelling to customers and exhibitions when needed.
Experience in manufacturing, automotive or the 4x4 industry would be a bonus, but it's not essential. We'd much rather find someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
