About the Role
Working within a supported housing setting, you’ll lead a dedicated team providing person-centred support to individuals with a range of needs (such as mental health, homelessness recovery, or complex support needs).

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of support workers
- Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
- Manage day-to-day operations of the supported housing service
- Support residents with independence, wellbeing, and life skills
- Handle safeguarding concerns and ensure compliance with policies
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Build positive relationships with external agencies and stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in supported housing or social care
- Proven leadership or senior support experience
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and care standards
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Compassionate, resilient, and solution-focused mindset
- Ability to work flexibly, including shifts if required
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care – desirable
