Part Time Bar Staff
Three Brass Monkeys is looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our busy bar team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with a strong focus on customer service and hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Serve drinks efficiently and professionally to customers.
- Prepare and pour a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar area.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately using the till system.
- Verify identification and ensure compliance with licensing laws.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Assist with setting up and clearing tables when required.
- Promote venue events, entertainment and special offers to customers.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
- Good organisational and time-management skills.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling payments and cash transactions.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
