Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team, shifts are 7am til 4pm Monday to Friday with the odd Saturday 7am to 11am when needed.
The ideal candidate will possess strong chefing backround, and a commitment to delivering exceptional food standards aswel as health and safety.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee food preparation, manage all food espects of kitchen and its operations, and inspiring a team of front of house professionals in a fast-paced environment on a construction site canteen style. The successful applicant will have a proven track record in food safety, restaurant experience, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
- ENsure efficient food production quality and service
- Prepare and cook dishes aswel and create a daily special.
- Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- order supplies, and maintain stock.
- Develop new menu items in collaboration with current trends.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in accordance with hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor food presentation and quality control throughout the preparation process.
- Assisting in canteen operations during busy periods, including serving guests when necessary.
Pay: £14.00-£15.00 per hour
