Bingo Team Leaders
Locations: Armagh/Banbridge
Shifts: Split shifts Monday to Saturday: 11.15am-1.45pm and 5.30pm-10.00pm and Sunday 5.00pm- 9.00pm.
Hours: 25-30 hours per week
The Job
We are looking for an individual who is hungry for growth and ambitious to explore career opportunities! We need someone who will join our Bingo hall and assist senior management in the day to day operations, this consists of:
- Opening and closing bingo shifts
- Completeing all the bingo paperwork
- Assisting in doing staff scheduling/rotas
- Assisting in training new staff members
- Overseeing ordering of stock including ordering and setting up of events in the bingo halls
- Excellent customer service
- Assisting with staffing and ensuring your team is aware of all bingo promotions and games.
- Cleaning of the arcade and ensuring it is kept to a high standard
What we are looking?
- Someone with experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Experience supervising staff and assisting management is ideal
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Good attention to detail
- Work off own initative and work well within a team
- Follow policies and procedures

Our halls are exurbrent, exciting and provide a fun environment for our customers to play bingo and come in with a chance of winning the jackpot!
We celebrate occasions with tea parties, cakes, sandwiches and prizes, customers are treated to teas and coffees in order to enjoy their bingo session..its not just a bingo hall to our customers there is a sense of community!
This role require flexibility and would ideally suit someone living within close proximity to the bingo halls for split shifts.
