Ledwood are looking to recruit a Document Controller to join our team at Hinkley Point C.
The Role
The primary responsibilities are the management of documentation to and from the client, issue internally to the Ledwood site team and to collate QA records to compile data dossier / LTQR's.
Your new position will involve:

The compilation of information to complete data dossiers / LTQR’s /SWCF
- PIMS management weld traceability update based on QE weld traceability weekly activity aligned with visual weld inspection reports.
- Uploading weekly visual welding inspection reports

Upload NDT reports against each weld after endorsement from LMEL and client

Collation and upload of welding procedures into PIMS, supported by LMEL welding engineering

Management and issue NOI lookahead
- Tracking, collation and uploading of supporting NOI reports
- Collation and uploading all quality related reports

SWCF upload and collation of hard copy
- Welding /NDT inspector’s competency collation and upload

Updating MTC into database

Review of Calibrated Equipment is current, and the database has been updated

Assist with QA Admin as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

3 Years previous experience as a Document Controller is desired.

Be proficient in Microsoft applications
Project Specifics
The position will be based onsite, starting ASAP through until mid 2028.This role will report into the Project QA Manager and sits within the Quality Department overseen by the Companies QA Manager.
Working Hours: 10 hours per day on a 10 day on 4 day off rotation (Working hours may change to suit the needs of the project).
Duration: ASAP through until 2028
Rate of Pay: Depending on experience, this will be discussed with each applicant
Allowances: Accommodation Allowance is payable per night worked for any candidates that live over 40 miles from site. Travel Time and Rail Fare payment is also payable once per month during the designated site long weekend. (This allowance is only available on a PAYE basis)
Must be eligible to work in the U.K and subject to acceptance/ approval of the BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) Application and DBS Security Clearance (Disclosure & Barring Service Check).
