At Spring Cottages RHE, we are committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our residents. We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our friendly team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Providing personal care and support with daily living tasks
- Assisting residents with mobility, meals, and activities
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Maintaining dignity, choice, and independence for all residents
- Supporting the team to maintain a clean, safe and comfortable home environment
What We’re Looking For:
- A kind and caring nature
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Experience is helpful but not essential – full training is provided
- A willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends is required (07:30 - 14:30, 14:30 - 22:00)
