We're looking for a hardworking, enthusiastic, and reliable Production Operative to join our friendly and growing production team.
You'll work across several departments, including Prepping, Packing, and Powder Coating, in our factory based in Topcliffe, just 5 miles west of Thirsk.
The role involves a variety of hands-on production tasks, including preparing and finishing metal components, packing finished products, and safely operating a range of manual tools and workshop equipment, including angle grinders, pillar drills, chop saws, and other hand tools. Full training will be provided where required.
What we're looking for
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in a manual labour or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Experience using hand tools and workshop machinery such as angle grinders, pillar drills, and chop saws is desirable.
- A good eye for detail and the ability to work as part of a busy team.
- Previous spray or powder coating experience is an advantage, but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Own transport is essential due to our rural location.
