Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Multi Trade Builder to join our dynamic construction team. The successful candidate will be involved in a variety of building and renovation projects, demonstrating expertise across multiple trades. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a broad skill set in construction, carpentry, roofing, and related trades to contribute to high-quality projects. The position is paid and suitable for those eager to develop their skills further while delivering exceptional craftsmanship. Candidate needs to be self-motivated and work in a team or alone. Need to be able to finish work to a high standard.
Duties
- Carry out carpentry tasks including studwork, framing and finishing works with precision and attention to detail.
- Be able to carry out insulation and plasterboard installation.
- Execute masonry work such as bricklaying, blockwork, and concrete finishing to meet project requirements.
- Groundwork experience - drainage, foundations and operating machinery.
- Experience in demolition.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools safely and effectively across various trades.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to high standards of quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in multiple trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry and groundworks.
- Competence in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Ability to read technical drawings and interpret specifications accurately.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting issues on-site.
- Physical fitness capable of handling manual labour including lifting heavy materials and working at heights if required.
- A team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and a commitment to safety standards at all times.
- Must have own tools.
- Own transport.

Pay: £150.00-£250.00 per day
