Dental Practice Manager – St Mellons
Restore Dental Group is looking for a motivated and highly organised Dental Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of our busy St Mellons clinic.

About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic, ensuring excellent standards across patient care, compliance, team management, and operational performance. You will play a key role in creating a positive environment for both patients and staff while supporting the continued growth and success of the practice.
Working Hours
- 41.25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- 7:45am – 5:30pm x4 / 7.45am – 2pm x1
Salary
- Starting salary: £29,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and support the practice team, including receptionists, dental nurses, and hygienists
- Manage day-to-day practice operations to ensure an efficient workflow and outstanding patient experience
- Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records, and clinical compliance
- Support financial administration and practice performance
- Recruit, train, and manage staff development and performance
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction
- Liaise with external suppliers and service providers to maintain equipment and stock levels
- Support marketing initiatives and practice growth activities
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within a dental or healthcare setting is essential
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organisational and communication abilities
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Understanding of recruitment, staff training, and performance management
- Previous dental practice management experience is desirable but not essential
- Qualifications in healthcare management or business administration are advantageous
