Papii Café is an independent café in the heart of Edinburgh, well known for speciality coffee, all-day brunch and friendly service. We are looking for a passionate and reliable barista who wants to become part of our team for the long term.
This is a permanent position, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in delivering excellent coffee and outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Preparing high-quality coffee and espresso drinks
- Providing warm and friendly customer service
- Taking orders and processing payments
- Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
- Supporting the team during busy service
- Opening and/or closing the café when required
What we're looking for
- Previous barista or café experience preferred
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work well under pressure
- Weekend availability
- The right to work in the UK

We're an independent café in the heart of Edinburgh, serving speciality coffee and all-day brunch. We're looking for someone who is reliable, enjoys working with people and is looking for a long-term position, not just seasonal work.
Responsibilities
- Preparing speciality coffee and hot drinks
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Taking customer orders and processing payments
- Keeping the café clean and organised
- Working as part of a friendly team
- Assisting during busy breakfast and brunch service
Requirements
- Previous café or barista experience preferred
- Friendly, reliable and punctual
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability is essential
- Right to work in the UK
