Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks in commercial settings, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms by restocking supplies, disinfecting fixtures, and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed according to company policies.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure consistent quality standards.
- Assist with special cleaning projects or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial work is preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures related to chemical use.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, lift moderate loads, and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours.
