Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily wellness service operations and client support workflows
- Coordinate wellness programmes, schedules, appointments, and service updates
- Support staff, service providers, clients, and internal teams
- Monitor client feedback, service quality, attendance, and operational reports
- Prepare schedules, documentation, reports, and process improvement recommendations
- Assist with team coordination, service planning, and workflow improvements
- Ensure wellness services follow company standards, client requirements, and service procedures
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Experience in wellness services, client support, health and wellbeing coordination, hospitality, customer service, or service operations
- Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working with wellness programmes, client-facing services, or appointment-based operations is an advantage

Education

Pay: £40,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
