Axal Services Ltd is looking for an experienced multi-skilled finisher to join teams of varied tradesmen who are carrying out the complete refurbishment of kitchens and bathrooms in the North Yorkshire area, on private social housing. The work involves minor joinery e.g. boxing and plinths etc. cleaning, sealing and bringing the final finish up to a handover standard. The ideal candidate must be able to use a silicone gun neatly and efficiently.
Essential qualifications/skills & requirements;
- CSCS card essential
- Experience in a similar role preferred
- Full UK Driving Licence essential
-Van and fuel card provided for employees.
-Quality and speed of work - Important.
- Must be willing to travel around North Yorkshire
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, Self-motivated, professional and well presented
- Must be able to work independently.
Salary: £15.50/ hour
