Overview
We are recruiting a property and grounds Maintenance Operative. The work would suit an enthusiastic individual to join our Maintenance Team. The person should understand the importance of presentation and reliability, work to maintain defined standards at specific sites. This will include both interior and exterior work and potentially learning and working with new equipment/technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver mechanical ground maintenance across Loades' commercial and managed sites.
- Work in accordance with site specifications, risk assessments and company procedures.
- Maintain company vehicles, equipment and tools.
- Maintain company properties and refurbish, where necessary, vacant premises.
- Accurately record works within a daily diary with notes as to the following weeks priorities .
Essential Requirements
- A full driving license.
- Confidence driving company van and vehicles.
- Maintain physical ability to meet the requirements of the nature of the work.
- A self starter who can be trusted to work safely and responsibly.
- Excellent timekeeping and reliability.
Additional Information
- Overtime available where necessary including alarm call outs.
- Must sign to agree to use company safety clothing when necessary.
- References will be requested.
- A probationary period of three months will be applied.
Pay: £27,500.00 per year
