Dental Practice Manager – Romanian Speaking

Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and organised Registered Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly and welcoming fully private dental practice on a maternity cover basis. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, leading a team, and helping a practice run smoothly day to day.
As we proudly serve a large Romanian-speaking community, we are looking for someone who can communicate confidently in Romanian and English, helping our patients feel comfortable, understood, and well cared for.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting and managing our friendly team, including receptionists, dental nurses, hygienists, and support staff
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice, with excellent patient care at the heart of everything we do
- Overseeing the financial side of the practice, including billing, budgets, and cost control
- Managing HR processes such as recruitment, training, performance reviews, and staff development
- Making sure the practice meets all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Keeping patient records and appointment systems accurate and well organised
- Working closely with clinicians to manage appointment schedules and patient flow efficiently
- Handling patient queries or concerns in a calm, professional, and caring manner
- Supporting marketing and patient engagement initiatives, particularly within our Romanian community
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory or management role within a dental practice
- A confident, supportive leader who enjoys motivating and guiding a team
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Good knowledge of dental regulations, compliance, and best practice
- Fluent in Romanian and English (spoken; written Romanian is a plus)
- Friendly, professional, and patient-focused with excellent communication skills
Pay: £20.00 per hour
Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
