Overview
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef/Cook to join our Kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality and food production, with the ability to work together within our kitchen team. Our food menu focuses on breakfast & lunch dishes. Weekend availability is essential.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards.
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and manage inventory effectively.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook in a restaurant or similar hospitality environment.
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation methods, and presentation styles.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in kitchen management.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in both cooking and presentation.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality.
- A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences.
