The role involves managing logistics, coordinating vendors, supporting senior event managers, advising event hosts, overseeing on‑site delivery and ensuring all event details are executed to a high standard. Ideal candidates will have 1–3 years of event coordination experience, strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple events in a fast‑paced, on‑site environment.
