Job Description
The Floor Manager will be:
Leading the team by example, setting and demanding a high standard of customer service and making sure the venue looks the best it can at all times.
The position is for a full time contract, and ideal candidates will have:
- Good understanding of hospitality business: main drives, priorities, margins.
- Ability to manage and maintain control of a busy shift: staff, guests, bookings, walk-ins, shortages, breakages, apocalypses.
- Self-motivation and resourcefulness.
- A keen attention to detial.
Key duties:
- Managing efficient service daily.
- Hands-on approach - welcoming guests, waiting on tables, preparing drinks.
- Enforcing the standards - by force if needed.
- Progression possible after level 80.
