Hard working individual required, to carry out cleaning duties. This is physically demanding role and will involve working with some chemicals. Forklift licence would be advantageous but training will be given to the right candidate. Average of 40 hrs per week.
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Working around aircraft in a busy aircraft paint refinishing facility.
- Working around chemicals - PPE provided.
- Cleaning duties include keeping the hangar free of debris (FOD) and dust to ensure a clean painting facility.
- Working hours typically work from 7.30am up to 6pm, although some early finishes depending on the workload.
- Working pattern is 4 out of 7 days including weekends or 4on 4off to be determined
- Overtime available to cover sickness & holidays
- Cleaning of site facilities including offices, crew room, toilets and changing rooms.
- Ensuring all liquids are cleaned up and segregated to ensure environmental compliance.
- Baling of materials to go into correct waste stream.
- Will need to provide a DBS Check prior to work commencing
- Supervising other cleaner/s managing Rota/Holiday cover etc
