Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
- Assist in preparing food items, including pizzas, salads, beverages, and other menu offerings
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining excellent customer interactions
- Uphold food safety standards by following proper hygiene and sanitation procedures
- Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and give correct change
- Support kitchen staff with basic food prep tasks to ensure timely service
- Promote upselling of menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, counters, and kitchen stations during shifts
- Follow time management practices to ensure orders are prepared and served promptly
Experience
- Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and kitchen safety protocols is advantageous
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients are essential
- Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards helps ensure quality service
- Strong time management skills are necessary to handle busy periods efficiently
