Salary: £15-£18 per hour, with great bonuses.

Position Overview:
As Waiting staff, you’ll provide excellent customer service. You will have the sole responsibility for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a positive dining experience. You will require strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Collaboratively with other team members while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude
- Take orders, serve food and drinks promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including tables and dining spaces
- Handle payments and provide accurate change
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold all health and safety regulations, including food safety standards
- Support customers with special dietary requests or concerns
- Work as part of a team to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a waiting staff role (3+ years)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for long periods and carry heavy trays
- Knowledge of food and drink menus is an asset
