Head Door Supervisor - Stowmarket
We're looking for an experienced Head Door Supervisor to join our team in Stowmarket for Friday and Saturday nights.
This is a great opportunity for someone confident, professional, and experienced in managing front-of-house security operations in a busy night-time environment.
Shift Details
- 2 nights per week
- Friday and Saturday nights
- Shift time: 10:00pm - 3:30am / 4:00am
- Pay: £16 per hour
Requirements
- Previous experience is essential
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calm, professional approach in busy environments
- Reliable and punctual
- Valid SIA licence required
Role Responsibilities
- Overseeing the door team during shifts
- Managing venue entry and customer flow
- Maintaining a safe and welcoming environment
- Handling incidents professionally and effectively
- Liaising with venue management as needed
