The Role
As a Transport Compliance Coordinator, you will provide administrative and operational support to our Transport Compliance Consultants.
You will manage customer records, coordinate compliance activities, organise documentation and liaise with customers, helping to ensure their operator licence obligations are met.
This role would suit someone who enjoys organisation, working to deadlines and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing customer compliance records and digital files.
- Scheduling transport compliance audits, reviews and meetings.
- Monitoring customer compliance deadlines and ensuring actions are completed on time.
- Producing professional reports and documentation.
- Liaising with customers by telephone and email.
- Supporting Transport Managers and Compliance Consultants.
- Assisting with Operator Licence administration.
- Maintaining accurate records using Microsoft 365 and internal systems.
- Preparing customer compliance packs and reports.
- Supporting ISO management processes.
- Assisting with transport training administration.
- Updating customer databases and CRM systems.
- Managing incoming enquiries and allocating work to the appropriate team member.
- Supporting the wider business with general administration.

Pay: £25,420.00-£28,500.00 per year
