CLUB MANAGER
THE ROLE
Hylton Health Clubs is a premium fitness club opening in Purley, this summer. We're hiring a Club Manager to lead operations and set the tone for everything our members experience.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a high-standard environment. You'll be the driving force behind day-to-day operations, managing the team, maintaining the member experience and ensuring the club runs seamlessly from open to close.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Oversee all daily club operations and hold the standard across every area
· Lead, schedule and develop a team of front-of-house and floor staff
· Own the member journey, from enquiry and onboarding through to retention
· Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors and service providers
· Monitor KPIs including membership numbers, retention and revenue
· Handle member feedback, complaints and escalations with professionalism
· Ensure compliance with health & safety, insurance and operational procedures
· Support the opening period and help establish club culture from day one
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
· Proven experience managing a premium gym, health club, or high-end leisure facility
· Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and develop a team
· Excellent interpersonal skills, confident with members, staff and stakeholders
· Commercially aware with experience managing budgets and hitting targets
· Calm under pressure, solutions-focused and consistent in your standards
· Passion for the fitness industry and genuine pride in the environment you run

Pay: £36,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
