Responsibilities
- Engage with customers proactively to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting sales floor to enhance the shopping experience
- Assist in stock management, including inventory checks and replenishment to ensure product availability
- Utilize IT systems efficiently for order processing, customer records, and sales documentation

Requirements
- Strong communication skills in English with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse customers
- Proven experience in customer service is preferred but not essential; enthusiasm for learning is key
- Basic IT literacy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
