We're growing quickly and are looking for a Customer Service Assistant who genuinely enjoys helping people and making every customer journey a great experience.

What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the friendly voice and helpful point of contact for our customers throughout their journey with Eco Happy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting customers before, during and after their installation.
- Keeping customers updated on boiler, air conditioning, solar and servicing appointments.
- Liaising with our installation teams and engineers.
- Answering customer calls, emails and online enquiries.
- Booking appointments and coordinating diaries.
- Resolving customer queries quickly and professionally.
- Following up with customers to ensure they're delighted with our service.
- Working with different departments to make sure every installation runs smoothly.
- Helping us maintain our excellent customer satisfaction standards.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who:
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Enjoys helping people and solving problems.
- Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Can remain calm under pressure.
- Has good computer skills and is confident using CRM systems (training provided if required).
- Has previous customer service or administration experience (preferred but not essential).
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a friendly team.
